I worked within the recruitment industry for 22 years and during that time I felt a lack of support for women in the workplace in relation to the mental health and wellness. This Girl was created in 2020 with one vision in mind. To create a safe space for women to network, learn and talk about issues that have and will affect our lives as well as to be unapologetically themselves. I now offer a coaching and consultancy support service for my clients as well as online and in person events nationally.
